Manage My Rental is a Wellington based property management firm. They approached Web Boutique to develop their brand identity which included graphics, colour palettes, logos, and font use.

Once the branding was taken care of, we designed letter head, email signatures, and business cards for Manage My Rental.

Finally we built them a cutting edge website. The website allowed them to:

• Update any content they wanted through the Content Management System (CMS).
• Add new properties to their properties page.
• Allow tenants to fill out a maintenance request form, freeing up their time taking calls for minor problems.
• Prospectus tenants could fill out the online application form, which was then logged in the website for tracking.
